Blissed out from acupuncture, I think I really did feel the last of this ankle pain leave the body, which I say while knowing that is probably not what happened, I put a cup of lentils in a pot with a bay leaf, half an onion, and four cups of water, simmered for twenty minutes, mixed with a can of tuna, four green onions, giant handful of flat parsley, stir stir stir, dressed with a quarter cup of olive oil, juice of a lemon, tablespoons of lentil broth and red wine vinegar, a squirt of mustard and some salt and pepper.
