I cooked up this black bean soup recipe that I clipped from a running magazine and ate it on the couch watching television. I’d say 70% of my brain is currently occupied with thinking up what and how I can eat enough but not too much. This wasn’t bad; I froze a bunch of soup for later, dishes I can bring with me to lunch or unthaw for dinner. Like reaching back through time to when I used to do this like a regular thing, cook for myself, eat lots of beans and lentils.
